Negative review left for a customer cancelled order about not being able to cancel the order?
The issue is this review was left by a customer who cancelled their order prior to shipment.
The customer left this review:
"I contacted this seller multiple times to cancel the order BEFORE they shipped the package. Despite my attempt to cancel, they shipped anyways and now I got to deal with a return. I have been advised to refuse delivery so I will. This is the worst seller that I've had to deal with. AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COST!!!"
1)The feedback is that they were not able to cancel -but Amazon sent us the cancellation email and the order was cancelled within the hour and nothing was ever shipped.
2) They state they contacted the seller multiple times -but there is no record of them ever trying to contact us.
3) The Amazon feedback manager will not remove the feedback and because this order was cancelled prior to shipment - we cannot contact the customer to request the feedback removal since there is no link saved after cancellation.
Any thoughts?

A customer with that sort of attitude wouldn't be interested in removing their feedback even if you could contact them to request they do so.
The best you can do at this point is reply to the feedback stating the order was cancelled as the buyer requested, did not ship and the buyer was not charged. Then let it go and move on.
