My account has been blocked
My account was blocked in section 3. But my product was purchased from the official representative of the brand. I submitted purchase invoices, purchase confirmation email orders, payment bank statements from my card, which is also listed in the account. I've never sold a fake product. Because I'm also a consumer and I know what it means to get a fake. I am a mother of three children and it was my only small income. I've been trying to unlock my account for two months and I've been getting the same answer that we don't have enough information. I haven't received a single complaint about the condition of the product. My mistake is that I sold without permission to sell from the brand. But they didn't file a complaint against me. I even lost breast milk from my nerves. I don't know how else to prove that this is not a fake. Maybe someone can tell me what else I can do for my account. I don't want to lose it🥹🥲Please help me. Thank you for your attention

By "Official Representative", do you mean an authorized wholesale supplier, that required you to provide your business license and tax ID numbers before opening an account for you to make your purchase?
Or do you mean a public-facing retail outlet, that anyone can buy from without having to have a resale license?
Yes, that is a mistake. One that has cost many uninformed sellers their account.
Sounds like they in fact did file a complaint.
If you have proper invoices from an authorized wholesale supplier, you might be able to go to court to prove that the items are authentic, even if unauthorized. But that's a big "might". And most likely, the best you'll get is to have any FBA inventory returned; few if any come back from an inauthentic based deactivation.

So not from an authorized wholesaler, therefore no invoice, and no proper documentation to prove authenticity.
Well, something gave Amazon reason to doubt that your products were authentic and authorized.
Since you have only retail receipts, you have no way of appealing this violation. Amazon has been very clear that for IP complaints, they require documentation showing proper sourcing; no "PoA" promising to not do it again will help.
You'll not see the funds from your account disbursed, nor will you receive any inventory currently in FBA.
I hope that in future ventures you will take more care to learn the realities of the situation before diving in. A week of reading the forums would have saved you a lot of grief.

Hello @Seller_sBiEU9aIQj8FV,
Thank you so much for utilizing the forums! The community and I are here to help.
I have a few questions to better understand your situation:
- Are the receipts you are sending under the same information stated on your Amazon Seller Central account?
- Could you please check the tracking information you've provided and let me know if all the details are visible and correct?
For more information please visit the page Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy.
I'll be happy to assist further once I receive your responses to these questions. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Best,
-Roxy

Okay, I'll admit, I'm confused. In the previous post you stated:
So which was it? A retail purchase (with a RECEIPT)? Or a wholesale purchase which gives an INVOICE?
Note that some receipts may have the word "Invoice" on them, but are in fact receipts, not invoices.
Does this "Invoice" that you have reference your customer number or Tax ID number or Business License number? Any legit invoice is going to reference at least one of those, based on the business and tax license info that you provided before you were able to make your purchase.
Quick tip: if the "invoice" includes a line for "Sales Tax", then it is a receipt, not an invoice. Wholesale purchases do not have to pay sales tax.
