Premium A+ Content Not active

Hello,

Our account has not been granted access to Premium A+ Content for a few months now despite having met the eligibility.

- All 89 ASINs have an active Brand Story (I just manually checked each one)

- We have over 70 A+ content modules approved.

I opened a case with Brand Support but did not receive any assistance besides "these are the requirements." Is there anyone here that can help?
