Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise: Media Mail ... NOT!
I know there were discussions about 10 months ago regarding available shipping services NOT matching the service used to calculate the delivery promise (for ship setting automation), and one or two mods chimed in noting this was being looked at by Amazon programmers, however ...
THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS!
Our shipping rates are based on being able to access Bound Printed Matter for books (same shipping time as media mail), yet neither option was available on an FPO order. Fortunately, it turned out that Ground Advantage Cubic was still less than media mail and the loss here isn't huge (seeing how we already added a little extra to the item price based on weight), however this is horrible implementation of this nearly-required Amazon feature.
Can any Mod stir the pot again to have this resolved in the future? For now, I think we'll raise our APO/FPO rates a bit just in case this happens again.

Is the issue that the "Shipping Service used to calculate" is one that is not available when shipping to APO/FPO addresses?
If you can share a Case ID with those order details, I can take a look and check if there are any updates regarding this issue.
