Try to update battery type attribute but it fails to reflect
We are trying to update the "battery type" since we are the brand owner of the product. We have been contacting amazon customer service for many times in the last three weeks but it just cannot be updated to the right information.
Our product doesn't contain any coin battery and it only need one AA battery. We have wrong information in our attribute "Battery Type" and we are trying to update it to the right information.
We even follow their direction to delete the product for over 24 hrs and upload the inventory file to do a full update, but the "battery type" this attribute still cannot be updated. Sometimes the upload summary came back with the error "product Safety Issue" code.
Does anyone has similar experience on this? or any one can help provide a clue on how to make it work?

Michelle at Amazon here. I have reviewed the case and see that they are looking into this for you. I do see that you are stating that this product has a AA battery in it, however, the product is not thick enough for a AA battery to fit inside of it. Please know that providing incorrect information can lead to account suspension, so you want to make sure that you are providing the correct information when requesting updates on the detail page per this policy.
