Abnormal Brand Registration Rejection
Hi Amazon Team,
I have submitted a Brand Registry case, it was rejected due to, " the “Purchase Contract” you provided was missing, incomplete or did not satisfy the requirements to confirm brand association or ownership." for CASE ID: 14560765701
I have not seen the term "Purchase Contract" while registering before, I know what the Invoice and Manufacturing Agreement is (and both have the same exact Brand Name as the application), can anyone recommend what document needs to be changed or what might've gone wrong? I feel almost positive that everything I have submitted all matches, is correct, and proves ownership; but now I get a rejection message I've never seen...

Upon looking into your case, I see that the decline message was due to your INVOICE” you provided was missing, incomplete or did not satisfy the requirements to confirm brand association or ownership.
When you are upload a copy of any recent sourcing/manufacturing/supply invoices please make sure it has the following information.
- Published in the last 6 months which includes one or more of the brand's product names.
When looking at your attachment, I see that the invoice was published December (which is good). However, I do not see the brands product name in the invoice. Would it be possible to include in the invoice product section, and even ask the supplier to change the images to show the product with the brand name?
In addition, I noticed you also submitted 3 sample ASINs through your application. This is an optional field. If you already sell products under your brand name, you can add the ASINs here.
If you already have ASINs under a different brand, do not add them here otherwise the application will be denied. I see that all 3 ASINs are not your brand name, so please leave this field blank when filing.
