My product ID links to a random ASIN in Japan. Amazon are refusing to delink the EAN from the incorrect ASIN

Every time I go to upload a new product my product ID always links to a random ASIN in Japan. I have been round in circles with seller support for over 6 months now and they have not been able to help. I own all my product IDs on GS1 and I also own my brand on brand registry. The random ASIN are always this same womans shirt which has nothing to do with my products. I have product ready to ship to Amazon but I am at a loose end. Is anyone able to help?

send Amazon pics of your product with your barcode on and a copy of your GS1 certificate. Ask them to remove the incorrect item.

Failing that it’s sometimes easier to just use another of your barcodes

Hello @Seller_yRqgLNbpxBZlA,

Here Simon from Amazon, happy to try to help.

Would you mind sharing a case ID you created with Seller Support?

Best,

Simon
