Brand Registry application shows "Application for my brand is currently under review" after rejected

Hello,

I created an application in the Amazon Brand Registry for my brand to be approved by Amazon. After a few hours, the application was rejected. I suspect I filled out the application incorrectly. when I try to resubmit my application, I get the error message "Application for my brand is currently under review". This doesn't make sense since the application was rejected. Does anyone know how to get around/resolve this error message?

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to provide some additional context and guidance. Because of the reason your application was rejected, the only way forward is to successfully appeal. I did find another case you opened with Brand Registry support and they provided the reason for your appeal rejection. The reason is also available to refer to on your Brand Applications Dashboard on the Brand registry site, just click on the red underlined "Rejected."

At this time, you cannot submit another appeal, my recommendation is to review the reason provided for the rejection, ensure everything is aligned and reapply in approximately 90 days.

I know that is difficult to hear so please let me know if you have any other questions.
