Want Someone to takeover our Seller Central Account & Don't Know How to Make That Happen
We are potentially selling one brand of our business. Not selling the business itself. We know we can't transfer our Seller Central Account. We have inventory at FBA. We have a Brand Store. What is the easiest way for the new buyer to be able to begin selling our products? How do we "give" them the inventory at FBA? Do we transfer the Brand Store? Do they apply to be able to sell our products and we just stop selling ours and close our Seller Central account? If another Seller Central account sells our products, do the product reviews go with it or will they essentially be brand new listings without reviews/ratings? Any help here would be appreciated!

That is not possible. You have to create a removal order and make Amazon send this inventory to that seller. Afterwards he can list it in HIS seller account, replace the FNSKU and send in again.
Yes. He has to list it with the actual ASIN. Probably Amazon will ask him a "Letter of Authorization" from you as the brand owner and invoices prooving that he bought the units from you.

Add his amazon account in brand registry.

Any "Sale" would be not allowed...But a private agreement to assign your assets to another would be hard to detect. But Doing Changes in address or credit cards would be a red flag. Essentially just let someone else sit in your seat...

Do a removal. Then sell the merchandise directly.
or just sell through what you have if it's practical
or set up some agreement where you pay them the proceeds from the sales.

There are companies that specialize in this and claim you can do it and still follow Amazon TOS

You can't. It is just that simple.
This is a terrible idea, as you will not be able to get another Seller account if you close this one.
I fail to understand the problem here. Are you just really eager to take some payment from someone who wants to sell your product? Are you planning on going out of business forever? You want OUT of the business you Branded, but you want the Brand to continue on without you? What is the reason why you would want to do this?
You COULD order the removal of your Branded product from Amazon FBA, and ship it to the "New" Owner, but the new Owner would NEVER be able to Sell it on Amazon, mostly because they would lack the appropriate documentation acceptable by Amazon for the product source (which is all in YOUR name).
Other than that, if you really want OUT, just do whatever you want to "Move" your existing inventory from Amazon, whether it is lowering the price or removing the product, and don't send more inventory to Amazon.
But you cannot do what you are asking to do.
