Did you know that Amazon refunds money even if the order is delivered? 3 real stories. Or how to lose and get FREE money from Amazon!

My story is simple.

The buyer orders few goods for 480 usd to the agent's address in F.

Based on the tracking number, the goods were delivered to the agent.

The buyer opens a AZ complaint about what he did not receive and Amazon refunded him MY $480.

I wrote and chatted dozens of times - the decision remains unchanged.

Now they are trying to remove the debt from my card. BUT I have no money on my card!!!

They blocked my account and I can’t get anywhere except to the page where I have to indicate the actual card to fees payment.

And what’s even cooler is that the support refuses to communicate with me and help me until I provide a current card to pay the debt!

I’ll tell you another story about 3 years ago.

A buyer from T. orders a product for 40USD, receives it, opens a complaint and Amazon refund his my money...

He orders the product again, I lose sight of the fact that it’s him and he opens AZ complaint again and get the money back again!

He orders for the THIRD time...

I contact Amazon and they, as usual, "will forward your request to a special department"... And so on.

I mark new order as shipped for my account metrics. The buyer places another #4 order a week later and opens a complaint on the 3rd order...

Amazon never solved this problem because they don’t care and the track number with delivery confirmation is not, in their opinion, confirmation of delivery!

How long will this continue???

That is, I can buy any product, receive it and open a complaint even if I received it - do you understand this?!

What am I doing. I place several orders of goods and indeed, Amazon refunds me money for 2 out of 4 orders, even if I received them.

I don’t see the point in playing with this, but here’s an idea for you to think about..

It’s just how incompetent people are and outdated instructions that absolutely don’t work...

Your stories are all correct. All a buyer has to do is call Amazon Customer Service and make up a story about how bad of a seller you are, and the Rep will refund in full, from your account on the spot.

Makes me wonder. Since AMZ is becoming T**MU, how is it going to handle returns? The products are coming straight from China, so if a consumer returns it does the consumer pay for shipping? Or is AMZ going to immediately give them a refund w/o seeing the product?

I use Amazon's Buy Shipping services and never have had this issue

Sounds like you did not use Amazon shipping. You will always lose that way with lying buyers. It's Amazon's way.

I have been telling this long time ago - Amazon is just a second Wish platform.

Instead of being sellers, it would be much more profitable to be buyers and get free stuff from Amazon because they give each cheating buyer everything for free even with item being delivered. EVEN WITH SIGNED PROOF!

Hello, this may not be helpful now, for the first issue, was this a freight forwarding company? Once an item is received by the freight forwarder, your responsibility ends. I've had several orders INR, for Florida I always check to see who the address is, once I checked the address and verified it was a forwarder, I updated the A2Z with the following notation:

Amazon cannot accept returns or issue refunds for lost or damaged items that you or your freight forwarder export.

Amazon is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to items after the items are delivered to you or your freight forwarder.
