Listing Offers "Currently unavailable" despite Status = Active and Available Stock
I have done Brand registry, it is approved. The listing says it is active and buyable, but it isn't because it states "Currently unavailable." This is despite having 75 FBM unit Available and Status as Active on Manage Inventory. There are no Account Health issues or any other issues for this listing, but somehow, the listing isn't active and buyable despite the main indicators saying it is.
Under Account Info I have this banner
You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.
Your account verification is in progress.We are currently verifying your account. We will notify you as soon as we complete the verification. In the interim, you can still transact as normal.
However, support says account is normal (ticket 15936896951) and the banner also says I can transact normal but my listings are not buyable.

I am in the same situation you are.
My brand is registered, my listing is active, and I'm FBM. I have 226 items available for shipping.
I woke up three days ago to an email stating account verification needed to occur and that I needed to do the ID-Photo verification process, which I did.
I've sent in two cases, and the replies don't answer my question; they come back stating my account is active, which isn't my issue. The issue is why my product is being shown as currently unavailable when I have inventory. Additionally, I tried to create an Ad Campaign, and when I selected my product, I received an error code that stated I needed to advertise an item that had at least one item in stock to ship. I have 226 in inventory ready to ship.
