Account Made Inactive & No SIV links work

I received an email saying my account was made inactive for ‘an extended period of inactivity’ which is NOT correct. I’m waiting on multiple FBA shipments to arrive and have need inputting and updating information.

The first link directed me to add another payment method. Why? I absolutely didn’t need to do this…. But I did anyway.

That triggered a link saying I needed to complete another SIV process? I had already done this. It’s also saying ‘For your convenience, we have provided step-by-step instructions below to submit your documents for verification:’ NOT TRUE AT ALL. When I click the link it just takes me to me account overvier. All my help options have been disabled because my store is ‘inactive’. Any attempt to use a help option just takes me to my Inactive Store alert.

What is going on? Anytime I click continue to the store alert, it simply generates another ode to Le email saying I need to complete a SIV. Frankly I thought the emails looks like phishing. Or did someone hack my account? Nothing was wrong and I’ve been actively working with an Amazon consulting agency that has no answers either.

I have multiple shipments to 6 different FBA warehouse in route right now.
