SECONDARY USER UNABLE TO LOGIN

Hi all, one of our employee cannot login to her secondary user as she gets error saying that she needs to wait a minute to request an OTP. However, no OTP is sent and the system is stuck as if she keep requesting OTPs in short while. We have been trying to solve the problem for the last 3 days with no success.

I did not open any support ticket for this incident. Because last time I did, the support thought that my account was compromised and locked down my account for security purposes for days.

Right now, my secondary user does not get any OTP and system says that she needs to wait for a minute as if she already received an OTP.

Any ideas how to get this solved? Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. When you initially set up your Seller Central account, only you can access the account tools and features. You can provide access to others, such as employees, co-owners, or contractors, by setting your user permissions.

If going through the cycle again does not suffice, I would suggest opening a seller support case and sharing the ID with me in this thread.

I will be able to investigate and escalate on your behalf.

Please advise.
