Hi @Seller_sCjHbIWglH52U,

I understand you're having trouble accessing your old Seller Central account during your transition from Vendor Central. Let me share what I found in the help documentation that might be relevant to your situation:

If you're unable to log in due to verification issues, you can try the account recovery process described here: Two-Step Verification Troubleshooting FAQ. Look for the section "What if my phone/device is lost or stolen and I'm unable to receive my Two-Step Verification code?"

However, if your old Seller Central account was formally closed (rather than just inactive), the help documentation at How can I reactivate a closed seller account? indicates that closed accounts cannot be reactivated.

Since you're specifically transitioning from Vendor Central, and the help pages don't address this unique situation, I'd recommend reaching out to Seller Support directly. They should be able to guide you through the proper process for your vendor-to-seller transition.

Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

Best regards, Michael
