Amazon warehouse lost our shipment which was worth tens of thousands of dollars
Amazon warehouse informed us that the shipment had been received on Oct 8, 2023 and was waiting be put on shelves, and a POD was provided. Half a year passed, but they told us that they could not find the shipment in the system, and they didn't make a compensation for the lost goods.
I have reviewed the comments from other sellers on this forum, and it seems that losing goods is a common occurrence for Amazon. We're very very disappointed with Amazon.

I see that my colleague KJ provided you with some information on reconciling your shipment in your previous thread. Were you able to follow those steps and request an investigation into the shipment you're referencing?
