We have an old account without the "request payment" button......are there any options to get faster disbursements than every two weeks?
From my understanding older accounts just don't have this feature because it wasn't implemented when the account was created, our account is I believe around 15 years old at this point. I'm not looking for faster payment as in the time it takes for the funds to hit our account, as in express payment our bank doesn't qualify anyway, or have payability take a cut of our gross. I would like to be able to request payment faster than waiting two weeks for it. It became an issue recently where I had to make a deposit from my personal account to the business, I would like to avoid that in the future.
Is there any way to have the "request payment" option added to our account?

Great question. We've been selling for over 20 years, and we don't have a "request payment" either. It sure would be nice to know how to get this activated on older accounts.
