Several Attempts to have vine review removed

Hi, 

I landed here to see if it's possible to have a vine review removed, it's not relevant to the actual product just mentioning packaging. I have sent an email to community help and have not received any response yet (over a month) I have tried contacting seller support and they still directed me to community help, I even tried contacting the vine reviewer through amazon's template messaging system following all guidelines just simply asking him if I could send him a another sample of our product and I have not received any responses. 

We are a new business and I was under the impression vine reviews were reviews based on the actual product. The vine review just mentions product packaging which is simply not true, we strive to ensure our packaging is sealed for quality control and we even have a GMP certificate. Perhaps the vine reviewer made a mistake? All of our reviews are about our product and we have an impeccable record except for this review which is clearly irrelevant. 

The vine review (FREE PRODUCT GIVEN) just focused on product packaging and made his own determination that the product was opened which is clearly not true as you can see in the videos and pictures all of our products are sealed.

According to Review Guidelines below;  we feel this review should be removed. (below is your guildines for reviews)

What’s not allowed in a customer review per the Community Guidelines?

We don’t allow reviews that focus on:

seller, order, or shipping feedback, including:

Sellers and the Customer Service they provide

Ordering issues and returns Shipping packaging

(Product condition and damage)

Shipping cost and speed

Product packaging or shipping packaging? If it's about how the product is packaged, then it's still a review about the product. For example, if I buy 4 cupcakes and they are packaged in a box where they can move and get trashed, or in a box so difficult to open that the cupcakes jump at you when you finally rip it open, then it's still a review of their experience with that product
