A-z Help
A-z has been granted because we did not respond to a return request.
However - The return request was auto authorized .. Theres no action for us to complete.
The customer did not send the goods back and then opened an A-z without returning the goods despite being allowed to return the item. We want our item back or a refund as we have done nothing wrong.
Obviously this was rejected by the A-Z Robot - even on appeal

I've asked our partner team to look into this A to Z claim. However, I noticed there's no tracking number for this order, it only shows that it was shipped using Royal Mail.
The tracking number is quite important for the A to Z claim team to make a decision. Do you have this information?

We received the following response from the partner team:
According to Amazon's records, the return request from April 30th stayed in "Pending Approval" status and wasn't responded to within the required 48-hour window. That's why they're firm on their decision, even with the appeal.
Without clear evidence showing the return was actually auto-authorized at that time, it would be really difficult to get this overturned. However, I cannot guarantee this will change the decision.
