FBA - ALL ORDERS PENDING PAYMENT
Hi All,
Looking for some help here from the community and MODS, I currently want to get rid of my units of a particular product, its large bulky and therefore costing me a lot. I am selling at a loss right now but I assume that doesn't really matter to Amazon so long as I am paying off all of the fulfilment fees etc.
Case ID - 16943224161
Right now some orders have been in the system for 48 hours but I now have circa 40+ orders ALL pending payment verification.
Please note that these units have caused me massive issues in the past, liquidation order since august 2024, nothing got cancelled in December and was recommended to sell these units by Amazon Leadership. So I have a little bit of apprehension in when I do sell these units, ALL orders are now put into pending, awaiting verification. Can someone here help me take a look as I KNOW:
- takes 21 days, once that happens it gets cancelled etc.
But there is definitely something else going on here so please let me know if there is an issue with the inventory, glitch, account health etc?

Perhaps the holidays??? 48 hours is totally normal for orders to be in pending; longer is not at all unusual. And this time of year, I would not be surprised to see times of a week or more, even when there is no problem with the payment (it stays in Pending until Amazon gets around to shipping it).
