Help with a random error 5995 code
@Mods. So I am a Games Workshop retailer, been selling GW on Amazon for years. Recently I am running into a issue on some ASINs where it randomly gives me Error 5995. Ill provide a snapshot of the error on a sample ASIN. The thing is 5995 is a brand registry specific code that you would get for trying to change the listing. In these instances I am just creating a offer to sell under the listing which I do with every other Games Workshop product I sell. I am in no way changing any of the listing information nor does it even give me the option to. I literally only have access to the Offers tab per usual. However once it goes to validate it gives me the error 5995 as though I have somehow changed the listing.
I have submitted a ticket to support "ID 16338007671). Naturally I keep getting a copy and paste response saying I am not the brand owner and cannot change the brand name. I keep responding to have the ticket escalated to the catalog team, as I am not trying to change the listing or brand name. That the system is giving this error in error. In response I just get a different support rep who gives me the same copy and paste response that has nothing to do with the actual issue.
I am hoping a mod can help get this bumped to the appropriate team who see the issue and help correct it. So far I have only found 4 Games Workshop Asins that have this issue. All the ASIN are brand Games Workshop. The same as all the other ASINs I currently sell under. Its not a gate issue as mentioned I sell under other Games Workshop Brand Listings, nor does it give me the option to request approval as it would if it were gated.

Just because you are a GW retailer does NOT necessarily mean that your agreement with them allows you to sell ON AMAZON.
Check your dealer agreement and verify if it says that you can. You may face the same issue that every NIKE retailer has that has gotten suspended here -- the agreement says they can sell on THEIR website but specifically forbids sales on any other sites!
Is it POSSIBLE that GW has sent Amazon a "whitelist" of approved sellers and did not have you on it?
More and more brands are providing such a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.

Hi there @Seller_QMHY087ZFYGDJ,
I'm sorry you are having these difficulties trying to list these products. Have you attempted to list the product via upload? I would recommend you attempt to add the products via an upload and if you still have issues reach out to Seller Support via your case with your Batch ID and let me know here. I'll then attempt to escalate further. Thank you for your understanding.

Did you find a resolution to this? I have been battling the 5995 error code for over a month now and have approval from the brand, but I can't get past this.
