Fba i need help please, its been weeks and it not checked in
hi @Atlas_Amazon @Connor_Amazon @Emet_Amazon could you please help me my fba FBA18T5NHPDG already 20 days its been delivered but not checked in yet.. i had issue as well with my another package in december and the shipping also to amazon centre in fayetteville , NC and look like this time again.. please please check my package, because i did send package as well just two days different but to Philadelphia centre and now my package fully received and almost available for prime.. why the one in fayetteville NC not even check in.. please help me and thanks fba FBA18T5NHPDG

I'm sorry to read about your frustrations. As you may have seen elsewhere in threads on the forums, receiving timelines can extend out several weeks at some FBA sites and depending on season. Your shipment is mostly working its way through the queue at the FC to be received and processed in the order it was delivered, but if the date in your contents tab arrives without it moving to closed you'll be eligible to open an investigation at that time.
