As with most surveys, this is restricted to the things that the survey creator thinks are important. Most of the things that I see on the forums here were not included.

We have problems with clueless and dishonest seller support. There was no place to mention that.

We have problems with black hats altering pages. There was no way to complain about that.

We have problems with seller support transferring problems to imaginary departments. There is no way to tell the survey creator about that.

If the survey creator wants to know what is important to us, they should just read the forums. They would get more accurate information that way.

If they want to know how to fix those problems, they should go to sellers ask sellers.

In all seriousness, I would just use AI to go through all the posts on Amazon seller forums. You could identify trends over time and look at the effects of previous measures put in place.

It would never get tired of answering any questions you put at it. Much better than a snapshot.

I will keep putting this out there: a tier of sellers that can set their own prices for books and records. Sellers than have over 10 years of good customer service might be one criteria.

Super tired of high price alerts.

No need to take the survey, as JoazBanbeck clearly points out.

There are so many issues with selling on Amazon (from the viewpoint of a 20+ year used bookseller) that just are never covered in surveys. Instead of having some 22-year old with a college degree and no world experience selling devising these surveys, it would behoove Amazon (if they really want actual results) to ask us sellers to create a survey.

You could ask just that in a post here in the forums - as in "please create 5 questions that you deem important for us to include in a survey", and I guarantee you will have 50 responses on your first day of posting.

My favorite questions was "Ways to grow revenue on Amazon". That's all the AE's that Amazon has calling me ask about. No one ever talks about growing profit. Heaven forbid we actually make any money.

Amazon's A to Z guarantee for undelivered items is a nightmare for sellers. The excessive protection of buyers by Amazon has caused significant losses and harm to sellers. We hope that the A to Z team can consider optimizing the process by conducting more investigations into buyers' claims.
