Dear seller, unfortunately you were a victim of your employee. In his great devotion for his boss he PRIVATELY hired and payed a third-party service to increase YOUR sales volume. Afterwards he organized good ratings and reviews for your products. Unfortunately, even if all this happened without your knowledge, Amazon can not make this unhappen. With regard to millions of honest sellers, Amazon is obliged to suspend your account forever. They are so really, really sorry and wish you good luck on another platform.

Don't try to create another seller account to the name of a family member; the system will detect it and suspend that one too.
