Major Fulfillment Center Labeling Error
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out here because a serious error at Amazon’s fulfillment centers is causing a significant loss for our business, and Seller Support hasn’t been able to resolve it despite multiple follow-ups.
On June 3, nearly 10,000 units of our inventory were mistakenly relabeled and reassigned to the wrong listing at the FC level. Our original manufacturer labels were accurate — but Amazon staff applied the wrong labels over them, which has now completely misrouted the stock.
We’ve raised cases 11187896862 and 11187096342, and even Support has acknowledged that the issue came from within the FC. They’ve shared photos confirming that the incorrect Amazon barcodes were placed on top of the correct ones.
Customers are now receiving the wrong product, returns are coming in, and it’s starting to impact our ratings. We’ve also verified all inbound FBA IDs — our shipment and labeling were done correctly.
This isn’t a minor mix-up — we’re looking at a sizable inventory mismatch, revenue loss, and customer dissatisfaction, all caused by an internal fulfillment error.
Any guidance from fellow sellers who’ve dealt with something similar would be highly appreciated. Is there a way for us to get it escalated to senior support team to get an immediate correction of the inventory?

Placing a removal order is the fastest solution.

I checked the correspondance of the case and I opened an internal review requesting to check everything again ang re-directing to the correct procedure.
