Feedback removal request. Need help!
Please review for removal. order # 113-9746559-5909028. Buyer leave us negative feedback said "The seller was returned the product but after 2 months he has not issued a refund and is using stall tactics". The truth is buyer mistakenly ship back other company item to us which is not our company product. We provide all the evidence in the case ID 15592037731 and buyer even admitted he ship back wrong item to us under Amazon message system. As a result, we request buyer to ship back correct item for full refund. After 2 months, Buyer leave us negative feedback. We still haven't received our product back, How can we give him full refund?
I open feedback removal request and automatically reject. I open case and try to get help. It is pretty much robot reply. I can't get anyone at Amazon to help me to strike through or remove the feedback.
