Please help remove review which clearly violate the customer review guidline.
Hello Team!
I need guidance and help in solving an issue regarding a review that is in violation of Amazon rules. I received this review on January 9, 2024.
the client never contacted us, has opted out of communication , it i snot a verified purchase and lies about a possible law suit that does not exit.
I believe they are simply trying to harm the business by spreadind fake rumors. This review has badly influenced our sales.
Please help remove this review, I have already sent several mails to request removal of this review. I've sent sent email to community-help@amazon.com, no one answer me.
- This is a review, but not a feedbacks, feedback manager won't work.
- I opened several cases and nobody was able to help me. Seller central support team told me they don't have authorities to remove the review.
- I've reported the review via report button under the reviews, no one reply me.
