About Amazon feedback
The buyer left a feedback said, "Tool is not sharp and takes a lot of effort to try to get even small burrs off a case mouth or to clean primer pockets. Cheaper Knock off of Lyman tool."
What the buyer siad about is totally a product review. But Amazon said 'We’re unable to remove this feedback because the feedback for order ID - 113-8871147-4613051 doesn't meet our guidelines for suppression. " It is a robot who didn't check the feedback carefully.
I think feedback team is unprofessional, the guideline is not so clear, just some customer service thought. We have no channel to appeal. Please consider this issue carefully, it is so serious. @Amazon team

Community Managers review hundreds of threads each week so I'm just coming across this one! I have reviewed the order/feedback and have escalated it to the feedback review team.
While I cannot guarantee removal, I will let you know once I hear back from them.
