URGENT SHIPPING ISSUES
Our shipping template states 3-5 days for europe orders, 1-2 within the UK. We ship from the UK. When a buyer views the listing the estimated delivery date is nearly 3 weeks away, this is completley wrong and causing customers not to order from us because they think it will take a month for delivery. We have not messed with our shipping settings and this has suddenly happened, the shipping settings are not reflected by any of our asins in all marketplaces.
Please we need help, we will soon have to close the business as we cannot continue going from 100+ orders daily to less than 10.

Hi there. I have the same problem , saying 11 days for delivery, when set for 3-5 days, have you had anything back from Amazon ?
I have been on the phone 3 times and they do not seem to want to help resolve this issue
