Brand, title and photos changed by another seller
Hello. On 06/08/2024, I researched ASINs B0CX545NFP and B0CYHHZ7TC that were selling R.E.F.Y branded products (and the brand was accurately stated in the brand field as R.E.F.Y. I decided to sell on those ASINs. But yesterday I noticed someone had changed the main photo and it caught my attention.
Seller NAPH has rebranded these ASINs as their own, and made them branded bundles by adding "acne patches". They changed the brand, manufacturer, title and main photo. I've tried speaking with seller support, who simply told me this was impossible (even though I have the proof that these ASINs were not NAPH bundles on 06/08/2024).
They told me to report abuse that the detail pages were changed, but when I did, Amazon responded that there was no violation.
A customer has already complained that the products they received did not include the "acne patches". My inventory is at the FCs so there is nothing I can do to remedy this. There are a total of 43 sellers on this listing and 42 of us are being harmed by the situation.
This seller, NAPH, has done this to 29 listings in total, which will result in a lot of unhappy customers.
@Dougal_Amazon can this be escalated and fixed?
