Banking Details change required but amazon is unable to update new banking
we are trying to add new banking details however amazon is unable to update existing banking details, we have already submitted multiple proofs and raised cases however amazon is still not able to verify our new banking details and this is causing us major sales loss.
please help

If you are the Primary Account User and the owner of the email that goes with it you are able to do that.
Did you check if your settings match EXACTLY with the name on your bank account? ("Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address")
that doesn't cause you loss of sales. The sales continue, just Amazon doesn't pay you.
