My carrier provided a POD, and it has been 13 days since the delivery date on the POD, but the status of this shipment is still in transit.
Shocked! I have a shipment that was delivered by the carrier to Amazon's designated fulfillment center (SBD1) on October 13th and provided POD, but 13 days have passed and the shipment is still in transit, which is really strange.
If the status of this shipment remains in transit or becomes closed after 90 days, is there still an investigation window and can I make a claim?
Shipment ID: FBA18CRP2VZ9
Carrier: Non-partner carrier

Amazon is not quick to update their tracking - especially if it's LTL. You probably won't see anything on SellerCentral until it starts receiving -- which can be 60+ days (from what I've been reading on the forums -- we ship UPS Ground).
