Ad account suspended
My ad account has been suspended. I have spent over $10,000 on advertising and my products were doing very well then I was hit with “There’s an issue with your payment method and your campaigns have stopped delivering.Go to Billing for details.” After updating payment method a dozen times I opened a case. Now I am 5 cases in and I keep getting the same email that says I need to check different aspects of my account to make sure I am compliant. My account health is good and I don’t have anything out of compliance.

Can you share the Ads Support case IDs you have associated with this issue? I would just like to take a closer look.
Additionally, I know you have already received this response from the Ads team, but you must ensure that all aspects of your account are in good standing. Things like Account Health and issues with Brand Registry could be affecting your current eligibility for advertising
