Review Review that Violates Community Guidelines

Amazon fulfilled (FBA) shipped a product that arrived damaged. The customer wrote a review based on this shipping damage, which violates the Amazon Community Guidelines under 'Product condition and damage' (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GLHXEX85MENUE4XF). The customer received a free replacement that was not damaged.

I've contacted Amazon community help, however they were not helpful. Case number ID 16064675851.

I can confirm that anytime you believe a review departs from our Community Guidelines, reporting it to our teams via the link next to the review itself is the correct channel. This post from the forums team on the process goes into further depth as well.

From reading the review, I do note that other thoughts on the item's performance beyond any damages from the shipping were included, which will prevent our team from removing this review. Amazon does value the opinions of our customers, positive or negative. You may be able to reach out to the customer to help address their concerns with the quality of the product, and understand why they did not see any additional seal which they believed would be included.
