Are Safe-t Claims now being reviewed by bots?
We has a customer sent back a completely different product that we do not even sell and after filing the SAFE-T claim and providing all the evidence the claim was denied.
If an employee was reviewing the claims we attached photos and provided enough details about the return product being completely different brand that the original product purchased and the claim was denied.
I need an actual person to reach out and remedy this matter
Now SAFE-T claims are being denied left and right
This is ridicules as we are a small seller and this is really hurting our bottom line

People tell me they get them approved every time on the first try.
My one and only claim so far took about 4 back and forths before being decided in my favor.
Don't assume they will look at the catalog page for comparison to a picture of the return. In the same photo, show what you sent vs what came back.
Not sure what you HAVE submitted, but it does seem to hinge on your presentation of evidence.
