Restricted Access Request keeps being rejected
Hi,
we have a public seller Profile and have our App listed in the Amazon Selling Partner Appstore. However our restricted access application gets rejected.
"The website URL you provided does not meet the requirements for a Public developer application. We have identified the following areas that do not meet our requirements:
* General Accessibility and Functionality
* Identification and Contact Information
* Security Features
* Transparent Pricing Information"
However our website address is publicly available, doesn't request a sign up or anything similar. When checking the requirements as public developer, as well as the SP-API Registration Overview where they refer to the requirements as public seller, I can't find further information regarding this, as well as Transparent pricing information. Does this sound familiar to someone or can help and provide more details? Thank you!
Best,
