This is seeming Impossible - Listing Items Under my OWN Brand

I have been filling out seller applications for weeks and being rejected at every turn for my own Brand.

I make handmade stickers and have been approved for amazon handmade.

When I try to list my products under my brand which has been approved (Not yet a registered Trademark)

I get hit with

5461: You may not create new ASINs for this brand The Mighty Label.

If you believe that the product you want to sell is not already listed in the Amazon catalogue and should be listed as a new ASIN, submit an application by clicking here and completing the form.

I fill out the form with pictures and relevant information.

I have been sent this response

We have identified that you haven’t provided a product ID (e.g. UPC, European Article Number (EAN), International Standard Book Number (ISBN)) for your product. For most categories, you are required to provide a unique product ID to create a listing.

Now what I need clarification on is

Does Amazon Handmade require me to have this to sell my bespoke handmade products?

This has been happening for a month and i've missed the whole Christmas period.

I need help please.

As I understand, you need to add your handmade product that does not have any Product ID, correct ? As @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh mentioned, you need to apply first for GTIN exception.

Can you describe what is the specific issue / information that you get when you are trying to request the GTIN exception ?

In this Help Page you will find the information about eligible cases and the detailed instruction how to request the exception. Please, make sure that you follow all the steps mentioned in Request a Global Trade Item Number exemption.
