Same problem: Your account has been deactivated.
Account hasn't been active for 7 years. It didn't have any listings or sales in it and now I'm getting a message: Your account has been deactivated. Tried to appeal it and got the following performance notifications:

And all of them claim the following information:

I have various utility bills (water, internet, phone, electricity) officialy translated to english and stamped, merged it into one pdf file (it goes: original language, english translation, stamp), but nothing works. I'm being rejected right away - after a couple of minutes (while before it took like half day or so), so it looks as if it is not being checked even by robots and just cancelled right away.
Also double checked my payment methods and personal information - both name and andress matches the information on tility bills, my card attached is revolut active card as well.
In addition to that, Im getting a following message:
"We see that you contacted us regarding your Amazon account reactivation and you have provided additional documents to submit for your appeal.
As a selling partner support, we do not have the access to review the documents and assist you with account reactivation."
But later I'm directed to the same Account Health -> Reactivate your account -> submit new information page. So it is even more confusing. Can you please check it out for me? Thank You.

We are not Amazon. We are other sellers here in the seller forum.

Depending the country, Revolut is not considered as a bank. In any way it has to be a CREDIT card, not Debit, not Prepaid.
