How to get reimbursement for product damaged in Amazon warehouse without Transaction ID - it was never sold?

One of my books became damaged at Amazon warehouse during the shipment check-in process. It is ASIN: 0794528678, FNSKU: X004BHLSEV, my SKU: LO-16.17-346703. The product was never sold - thus I do NOT have any transaction IDs related to it. Currently that book is sitting as "Unfullfillable inventory - damaged at Amazon warehouse" and I can't create a removal order for it. Last updated: August 12. Amazon policy says: We automatically remove the damaged unit and compensate you for it, which should be completed within 10 days from the damage date. It has been more than 10 days - I didn't see any compensation yet.

I attempted to open a ticket on August 27. I received a response from Amazon on August 28 - Transaction ID is required to open an investigation, and I do NOT have that Transaction ID. How do I get reimbursed in this situation??? Thank you in advance!
