Verify Bank Account - Unable to Upload Document
Is anyone having issues uploading the documents required for Amazon to verify their bank account? I have updated my info multiple times, but I have no way of uploading the documentation Amazon is asking for. I do not get prompted with an upload button... my sales have dropped significantly since the account warning was added to may account. I have called customer support multiple times, and sent multiple emails, and no one is able to help... at least not yet. Can someone tell me how you were able to upload proof of your bank account? Or send me a screenshot of where this upload document button is located? thank you

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issue you have been experiencing.
There should be an option to verify through your account health page and the account settings. Would you be able to provide a screenshot of the dashboard that you are seeing and any messaging that has been received? We will require more information regarding what your experience has been to be able to provide more specific guidance.
