Product Inactive suddently - Product / listing blocked in Amazon and no allow to active after 8 months sales
Hello,
We have make 4 helpdesk mails in Amazon regading an inactive product. Case number is 9990460382 and SKU is B08XJS1SBC.
Amazon say when you try active product "New Request not accepted". But we have been selling this product from more than 8 months. We also have authoritzation to sell this product from Eastron Brand. In fact, we are selling another product without any problem.
At this moment we have more than 500 units in stock and product is inactive from 2 weeks ago. I am worried about this, and about our stock to sale.
I hope you can help us to solve.
