A-Z claim appeal rejected even though I used Amazon "Buy Shipping" - Help from Amazon required

Would one of you kindly please be able to help me with an A-Z claim guarantee appeal that was rejected even though I used Amazon Buy Shipping for it and posted the order the same day it was purchased and which is now affecting my ODR?...
Amazon's own policies states that the above shouldn't have happened (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G200202220?locale=en_GB) and I included this information on my appeal but it was denied and an email received in response to the appeal completely ignored this policy by simply stating
‘’Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with additional information regarding the claim on order 206-8492404-2318769. Upon further review, we have decided to uphold our original decision.''
Clearly the review wasn't done properly and I hope that you will be please kindly able to help me have this very unfair decision reverted so that my ODR is not affected.
The order related to the A-Z guarantee claim is 206-8492404-2318769 and I sent my appeal on 06.10.2024 and received the unfair reply about the denied appeal today 08.10.2024. I have also opened a case under the case log (ID 10395753722) today but I don't much from that at all as the answers are usually robotic and useless. Hence I much rather turn to you guys as I know how efficient all of you are...
Your help would be greatly appreciated

You're not protected from an AtoZ going against you because you use buy shipping - just from the defect impacting your ODR. It's the latter you need to appeal.

I looked up order ID 206-8492404-2318769 and seems like there is no ODR impact related to it. Has it been removed?
