Unable to access Brand Registry for our own brand
We are the brand/trademark owner and manufacturer of our brand. When I log into Brand Registry, we don't have any owned brands listed, and if I try to register the brand it says it is already registered and my only option is to send a request to the brand owner. We don't know who else that would be and have sent multiple requests but nothing ever happens. Maybe it is a former employee? How do we reclaim our own brand and get access in Brand Registry? @Sandy_Amazon

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to try and assist. I can confirm that the brand is registered in Brand Registry and you have Selling benefits for it (this is how you are able to list the product and why you have access to all the tools in the Brands menu on Seller Central).
What you do not have is access to the Brand Registry site to report intellectual property infringement.
Do you or another entity in the brand or a selling account registered in another Marketplace that is not linked to your US selling account? If so, and you identify who the administrator is, they can provide you a protection role and access to the Brand Registry site.
