How to you fight a counterfeit without test buy from a wholesaler who does not own the trademark they assert ? We have submitted invoices and documentation that Seller Help does not accept. The bogus claim is for pet products and the actual product they file the complaint on is NOT A PET PRODUCT and they are not the brand owner.

to clarify, someone filed a counterfeit claim against your product, but they are not the brand owner.
I am a little confused the claim is on pet products but it is not a pet product?
