Business pricing not showing up

I recently set up business pricing and quantity discounts for several products. For a short period of time the business pricing was shown, but now they’re not. I don’t think I changed anything. The “My Inventory” page still shows the business pricing but when I go to my own Amazon Business Prime account the lower prices aren’t being reflected. Has anyone else experiences this? Any ideas as to what it could be?

My ability to add business pricing to new products seems to have disappeared, my older listings have it, but I cant add it to new. Are you seeing this as well?

Thanks for reaching out. Do you have a Seller Support case that I can look at? If you don't have a case, please start here, and let me know if you need help after they investigate. Provide them with screenshots of any errors that you are seeing and advise what you are expecting to see. This will help expedite the investigation as they won't have to go back and ask you for this information.

Once they have completed their investigation, if you still need help, please provide me with the case ID so I can take a look.
