Question and possible removal of fake review
Hello
I wanted to bring to your attention a serious issue with a review that I think violates Amazon's community guidelines. We’ve identified it as fake—it doesn’t represent a real customer experience and seems designed to mislead future buyers and hurt our product's reputation.
Fake reviews damage trust in both the product and the platform, skewing customer expectations. It’s crucial to remove this content to keep Amazon's commitment to transparency and honest feedback.
Reasons to suspect that it is a fake review from a fake profile:
- Unusual review activity has been observed from this profile. While the review seems valid, the reviewer is listed only as "Amazon Customer."
- It seems that the reviewer is not a genuine buyer, as they frequently leave extreme ratings—either very positive or very negative.
- Patterns like leaving extreme ratings only could indicate that the account is fake or part of a review scheme.
Review details are below:
ASIN: B07X7ZCYHN
TITLE: Brush Sheds
REVIEW: Although the basic design is nice the brush is a lot smaller than most. The first time I used it bristles from the brush fell out. I figured that maybe there were a few loose ones from manufacturing. The next time I used it more bristles came out. I've bought toilet brushes at the dollar store that didn't lose it's bristles. This one should not fall apart on the first day. If I use it the next time and more fall out then it's going in the trash. I wouldn't send back a brush from the toilet.
