It appears Amazon finally figured out how to butter their numbers even more, at the expense of American small business. Rules don't apply to Amazon. They are used to trick you into paying more fees (or postage in this case) with the promise of protection that they then deny. Same with account health specialists (and the promise you wont get suspended without a call first) , advertising, FBA......

@KJ_Amazonhello i noticed you left a response stating that amazon will protect seller when using amazon buy shipping. Well, this is now the 2nd claim where i have had to fund an a-z claim for INR when i used amazon buy shipping and shipped item before required time. Have not received any explanation as to why. Also the signature confirmation does not work when shipping DHL to canada, have opened several cases on this many months ago and still no resolution. DHL says there was no signature requirement when it shows that signature confirmation was bought and paid for in Amazon and veeqo.
