how can i contact my Account Manager

we were selling products since 2 years and now amazon has restricted me to sell.and they told me to provide invoice, but when i submit the invoice they are telling me that the documents is not what they require, and they sent this email on automated basis.

any one know how can i contact dedicated account manager for my account ?

if you had an account manage you would know. We’ve been selling since 2017 and never had one.

first of all, what was the ASIN you were listing on, and your invoice, was it from a wholesaler or a retail/online store?
