Store reviewed again and not approved
I've been trying to create and submit my store for about 3 weeks to no avail.
I fixed all errors except this one.
Review the updated rejection reasons and make corrections.
Suspension reasons:
The campaign end date must match that of the earliest ending promotion.
I've scoured the internet to find.. you guessed it.. NOTHING.
I have no end dates on any campaigns.
I have no Holiday promotions, no promotions at all.
I have no featured deal tiles.
I'm utterly desperate for any feedback or help with this.

Dougal here and I am happy to assist wherever I am able. Unfortunately, I do not have access to the Amazon Advertising Console (which is where store creation is). Thanks for providing the case ID and I do see that is is currently being worked and that it has been 4 days since their last correspondence. I would also be escalating to this team so we just have to wait a little longer for a response.
In the interim, I noticed that in the "Build your Brand Store on Amazon," section of the Brand Stores page, it mentions as the first step to Register for Sponsored Ads. I am assuming that happened since you have access to the console, but did want to make sure since sponsored ads is a type of promotion.
I also thought you might find this helpful: Getting started with Stores and while the FAQ section does not mention your specific issue, there is a link to the Stores Content Guidelines and Acceptance Policies and section "3.5 Scheduling," has some bullet points on "Scheduling allows advertisers to choose a launch and end date for a new Store, or a version of an existing Store."
