Identity verification issue no reply

I am selling on amazon from last 2 years and have 1000 account health points (1000 health points) its been more than 21 days I am not getting any proper response from amazon team regarding the review of my documents. I did video call identity verification then submitted all identity, bank statement, business registration and invoices documents. I email them about the status update they email me back saying it will 3 days to review and then again they said 5 more days to review and now they are not replying at all. I called Account health Performance Team and they saying its different team and the best answer is WE DONT KNOW like why are you even there when you dont know anything. And why you not giving us the direct contact number of that team which handles this case. Why the investigation team act like a FBI or 007, you messing up my business and hold my 170k from last 20 days because your AI made an error. Who is going to compensate for all my losses ? Feels like amazon is treating third party sellers as PS. Totally frustrated and dont know what to do ? how long do I have to wait ? Completely stuck. I have credit card bills, rent, suppliers to pay and they have hold my money. PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP, I REALLY APPRECIATE 🙏

However, I want to make sure I am addressing your issue correctly. Is your issue that you have not been getting disbursements? Or your funds are in account level reserve? Or is it that you are still trying to get through initial seller verification?
