Keep getting this message "Invalid enumerated value 'html"
I keep getting message "Invalid enumerated value 'html' for attribute '[compliance_media]'." when I try to list this SKU: SACHEMWOODWAX6.25OZ This is for the link I entered for the safety data sheet for my product. It is a valid google drive link and the file is a pdf. I have used this same process in the past without issue. Any ideas?

I'm sorry you're running into this error. I've reviewed your case ending with 2021 and see that Support has provided some new troubleshooting steps. Have you gotten a chance to review those steps? Let me know, and if you're still having this issue I will look into escalating further.
